Summary

The game opened with all players ramping and developing their board states quickly. Yawgmoth, Thran Physician leveraged early equipment and removal spells to apply pressure, while Jenara, Asura of War focused on equipping and buffing herself to deal commander damage. Meren of Clan Nel Toth developed a graveyard value engine with sacrifice outlets and token generation. Meanwhile, Omnath, Locus of the Roil exploded onto the scene with heavy landfall synergy, ramping aggressively with fetch lands and spells like Exploration and Field of the Dead to create a massive board presence of Elemental and Zombie tokens. A major turning point came when Omnath cast Natural Order to fetch Avenger of Zendikar, generating an overwhelming number of Plant tokens, which combined with Field of the Dead and Evolution Sage's proliferate triggers massively buffed his board. This relentless token generation and board growth made it impossible for the other players to keep pace. Attempts by others to disrupt were met with Omnath's continuous value and token production. Eventually, with Omnath swinging in for lethal damage and dominating the board, the opponents conceded, recognizing the insurmountable advantage gained through landfall synergy and token swarms.
