Summary

The game started off with the players setting up their boards and strategizing. Alex, playing Aurelia, started by laying down a Plateau land and a Mox Diamond artifact, then disrupted the other players by casting Damping Sphere. Jerry, playing Tishana, was hindered by the Damping Sphere, but managed to get an Adventurous Impulse and a Vizier of the Menagerie into play. Eliot, playing Grenzo, managed to summon a Dockside Extortionist and an Imperial Seal. However, it was Jim's Minsc deck that seized control of the game. Jim used Minsc's activated ability in combination with Pattern of Rebirth, Protean Hulk, and Dockside Extortionist to create an infinite combo of Felidar Guardians. He then attacked each opponent with 80 Guardians, which was more than enough to secure his victory.
