Summary
The game was a fast-paced competitive EDH matchup where each player aimed to establish their board state and win conditions as quickly as possible. Early in the game, Carlos, piloting K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth, made an aggressive push using his life as a resource to ramp out his commander and set up a fast win condition with Sadisi, Undead Vizier, Children of Korlis, and Vilis, Broker of Blood. Despite opposition from the other players, he was able to establish a combo that would let him draw his entire deck, gain a substantial amount of life, and set up multiple win conditions. With both Gray Merchant of Asphodel (Gary) and Necrotic Ooze in hand, Carlos was able to force a win condition that the other players could not interact with effectively, leading to his victory.
