Summary

The game kicked off with everyone building up their boards, with Extra developing a merfolk synergy with his commander, Hakbal, and Sam ramping up his vampire token generation with Carmen. Tom, playing Ojer Axonil, and John, playing Wayta, also establish their respective board presence. A pivotal point in the game comes when Sam casts Demon's Disciple, forcing each player to sacrifice a creature, which causes a significant shift in the board state. Tom is the first to get knocked out, which leads to an intense face-off between the rest of the players. Sam and Extra continue to pressure each other, with Sam using Carmen's ability to beef up his field, while Extra, with his merfolk synergy, keeps the pressure on. Ultimately, John manages to clinch the win by utilizing his commander, Wayta, to make Zalto, Fire Giant Duke, fight Brash Taunter, dealing lethal damage to Sam.
