2 MTG EDH deck techs for Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines! This phyrexian praetor is pretty much a creature version of Panharmonicon from the new Magic the Gathering set Phyrexia: All Will be One. The power scale we use goes from precon to cEDH so that we have a clear base and top end with which we can gauge our decks.
