Summary
The game starts with Ethan playing Henzie and looking to get impactful death triggers with Hasty bombs. Kaden, with his Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver, sought to use creature type synergies to create Decay zombies. Chandler was playing Marrow-Gnawer with the goal of leading 25 copies of the card Rat Colony into battle. Lastly, there was Jason on Raff, Weatherlight Stalwart aiming to generate card advantage with a token subtheme and instants/sorceries. The game saw effective board wipes like Toxic Deluge from Ethan and strategic card play, such as Jason's Battle of Bywater and Arcane Denial, disrupting opponents' plans. Chandler made use of Marrow-Gnawer's ability to create an army of Rat tokens but unfortunately misread the card, creating more Rats than he should have. Despite the mix-up, Chandler's Rat strategy proved to be a significant threat to the opponents.
