Deck Strategies
Arcades, the Strategist
This deck relies on defensive walls which, with Arcades' ability, can also serve as offensive threats. The aim is to create a formidable defense while also threatening with substantial attack power.
Syr Konrad, the Grim
This deck centers around abusing Syr Konrad's ability to deal damage whenever creatures hit the graveyard. The strategy often involves milling (sending cards directly from the deck to the graveyard) and reanimation effects.
Kaalia of the Vast
Kaalia's deck focuses on fielding powerful Angels, Demons, and Dragons by leveraging Kaalia's ability to put these creatures onto the battlefield for free. It often includes stax pieces to disrupt opponents.
Mizzix of the Izmagnus
Mizzix's deck is a classic spellslinger build, aiming to cast a large number of instant and sorcery spells, often culminating in powerful, game-ending spells that have their cost reduced by Mizzix's ability.

Summary
The game started with a powerful start from Logan, who used his Syr Konrad, the Grim deck to quickly apply pressure to the board. The tension increased dramatically when Jason, playing Kaalia of the Vast, brought out a Rest in Peace that threatened to disrupt Logan and Matt's graveyard strategies. Matt, utilizing Mizzix of the Izmagnus, formed a temporary alliance with Logan, agreeing to focus their efforts on Jason. Despite the pressure, Jason managed to equip Kaalia with a Sword of Feast and Famine and establish a strong board presence. However, the game remained in a tense state as Chandler's Arcades, the Strategist deck built up defenses and Logan's ability to copy a Reflecting Pool with Thespian Stage added to his board strength.
