Deck Strategies
Verazol, the Split Current
Mika's strategy revolved around using Verazol's ability to copy spells and generate multiple tokens. A key play was the casting of Veriloth the Ancient, generating multiple drake tokens and boosting his green creatures.
Hashaton, Scarab's Fist
Max used Hashaton's ability to create tokens and deal constant damage to his opponents. His strategy relied heavily on creating a board presence and slowly whittling down his opponents' life totals with recurring damage.
Gishath, Sun's Avatar
Ian's strategy was to use Gishath's ability to reveal and play dinosaur creatures directly from his deck. However, he was cautious to avoid the damage from Verdant Sun's Avatar.
The Speed Demon
The Speed Demon was used to increase card draw at the expense of life. This strategy was mainly about maintaining a high tempo and utilizing card advantage.
