Casual Brews: 4 Color White Obeka

I revisit Obeka as a casual deck, by trying to play her as a secret commander within a four color deck. This brew was created after I wanted to play with Marchesa the Black Rose again, but wanted to play something different. Then I created a four color Marchesa deck with her as a secret commander within the 99.
