Summary
The game started with all players rapidly ramping with cards like Soul Ring and Mana Vault. Early game was dominated by Ethan's Toggo/Sakashima deck, generating a lot of value from landfall triggers with Retreat to Coral Helm and creating numerous Rock tokens with Toggo's ability. However, the game took a turn when Shelby's Reaper King deck managed to land a Spark Double to copy Reaper King, triggering multiple destruction effects and significantly disrupting the board. Matt's Kotori deck was able to establish a strong board presence with Barhelian and Kotori, but negotiations with Shelby kept it safe from the Reaper King's destruction. Jason's Najeela deck struggled to establish a presence, despite landing key cards like Najeela and Winota due to heavy attacks from opponents.
