UW Death and Taxes, or Hatebears and some people call it, is an often under appreciated variant of the archetype - with the release of Ravnica Allegiance it got some new toys, namely Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, and Deputy of Detention. Will this be enough to help the deck fight its way through the degenerate Faithless Looting under belly of the format? Lets find out this week!
