Hey folks! Submitted for your approval, we have the 2nd precon upgrade guide for Universes Beyond: Fallout - this time covering the Hail, Caesar Precon and its face commander - the legions emperor himself - Caesar, Legion’s Emperor.

In this upgrade, we’ll be focusing our efforts on overhauling the decks token creating capabilities to absolutely flood the board with token bodies for Caesar to turn into more tokens / card advantage / and eventually massive amounts of burn as they swing in. And then, to take advantage off all the attacks we’ll be making and casualties we’ll be suffering, we’ll also be adding in on attack and on death payoffs to the build to generate us more value / inflict more damage as we constantly crash our board against our opponents - giving Caesar’s Legion all the man power and resources it will need to grind the NCR into the dust.
