Summary
The game begins with each player ramping up and getting their commanders on board. Brenard, Ginger Sculptor, and Alela, Cunning Conqueror, proved to be formidable threats from the start. The game took a significant turn when Jon's Spirit dancer, having been enchanted with Vampiric Link and Spirit Link, was killed, setting Jon's aura count back to three. However, Jon then played Angelic Destiny on his Ape token, which proved to be a formidable threat. Meanwhile, Tom managed to play multiple spells with the help of Atali, Primal Conqueror, but was unable to maintain board presence against Sam's control strategy. Jon was able to eliminate Extra and Tom, leaving only Sam on the battlefield. Despite Sam's attempts to control the board, Jon's Ariette of the Charmed Apple and his enchanted Ape proved to be too much, leading to Jon's victory.
