Summary
This four-player Commander match had a number of game-changing moments. Early on, Jon's stranglehold card forced the other players to adapt their strategies. Meanwhile, Matt's Morophon deck revealed its theme with Icon of Ancestry naming Elders. ARA's Tolsimir deck focused heavily on wolf synergy, while the Halana and Alena deck played a game of ramp and big creatures. However, the game took a major turn when Matt played Dragon Lord Silumgar, stealing Jon's commander, Neheb, the Eternal. Despite this, Jon was able to deal significant damage with a well-timed Bonfire of the Damned. However, Matt's deck showed its resilience by casting the Eldest Reborn and Crush Contraband, significantly affecting the board state. The game ended in a heated battle with everyone trying to deal with each others' threats.
