Building the MYCOTYRANT at 2 Different Budgets

It’s a EDH DOUBLE DECK TECH - a $70 build and a $360 not-so-budget build! We’re building 2 commander decks for the Mycotyrant, aka King of the Mushrooms. This is one of the new mtg EDH commanders in Magic: the Gathering from the Lost Caverns of Ixalan, and we’re showcasing two different ways to build it based on two different budgets.
