Summary
The game started off with each player setting up their initial game states, with notable plays including Jake's Mystic Remora and Sylvan Library, Hidden's Manglehorn, and English's Spectral Sailor. Unfortunately, both English and Jake suffered from a lack of land draws, slowing their early game progression. Hidden, piloting Belbe, managed to establish a board presence with creatures and his commander, but was thwarted by a well-timed Cyclonic Rift from English. Jake attempted to stabilize with Thrasios and an Incubation Druid, but was quickly taken out by Shadow’s Serra Ascendant. English eventually found his stride despite his early land drought, and managed to win the game with a Thassa's Oracle and Tainted Pact combo.
