Gameplay Summary

The game opened with a spectacular and rapid combo from the Tymna/Kodama deck, piloted by Dante.

On turn one, Dante executed an intricate flicker loop involving Kodama triggers, Solitude, Sidisi, Karmic Guide, Felidar Guardian, and Restoration Angel to generate infinite triggers.

This loop enabled him to put Acererak the Archlich onto the battlefield and repeatedly venture into the Lost Mine of Phandelver dungeon, draining all opponents' life and securing a swift victory.

This impressive early combo demonstrated the deck's potential for explosive turn-one wins using infinite flicker synergies and dungeon interactions. Following this, a second game featured four different decks with diverse strategies.

Mike’s Rograkh/Ikra deck aimed to combo off quickly with Hermit Druid and Ad Nauseam, generating massive mana and card advantage through rituals, mana artifacts, and tutors.

Phillip’s Atsushi deck focused on a Mono-Red Ad Nauseam combo involving Nim Deathmantle and sacrifice outlets.

Ryan’s Jeska/Tevesh deck utilized storm and value engines like Underworld Breach and Lion’s Eye Diamond to build a large storm count and combo off.

Dante’s Tymna/Kodama deck returned with a midrange start including ramp and creatures.

The early turns saw aggressive ramp, artifact deployment, and tutors, with Mike making a complex Ad Nauseam sequence and escape plays to generate mana and set up a storm finish.

Significant interactions included Mike’s Witherbloom Apprentice triggering multiple times for incremental life loss and card draw, and a defensive response by Dante using Deadly Rollick to remove threats.

The game showcased high-level sequencing, resource management, and interaction between combo-centric decks in cEDH.
