Summary
The game featured a four-player cEDH match with Yeva, Nature's Herald; Nadu, Winged Wisdom; Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh (Rog/Si); and Etali, Primal Conqueror as commanders. Early turns saw typical ramp and setup plays, including mana crypt activations, Trinket Mage fetches, and landfall triggers. Etali established board presence by using its ability to cast spells for free from exiled cards, while Nadu focused on generating a growing army of Scoot Swarms through landfall and token synergies, leveraging spells like Eldritch Evolution and spellskites equipped with Shuko to protect key creatures. Yeva flashed in creatures and utilized green ramp and interaction to maintain pressure. Rograkh played a more aggressive, creature-based strategy attempting to disrupt and apply pressure but was eventually overwhelmed by the combo and token synergies of Nadu. The pivotal moment came when Nadu exploded the board with multiple Scoot Swarms, using landfall triggers and multiple activation chains to quickly escalate the number of tokens and counters. This culminated in an overwhelming board state that allowed Nadu to cast Altar of Dementia and other spells to overwhelm opponents. Despite Yeva holding a Green Sun Zenith that could have accelerated a win, missed opportunities and sequencing errors prevented the win. Ultimately, Nadu's ability to generate massive board presence and combo off through token doubling and Landfall proved decisive, securing the win before the other players could regain control.
