Gameplay Summary

The game opened with heavy ramping from all players, particularly Diogo and Baal.

Diogo started with a Mana Vault immediately, while Baal generated quite a few artifacts and a creature to set up for his game plan.

The first major turning point came when Hélder's Cyclonic Rift disrupted Rodrigo's Necromancy loop, which had the potential to generate large amounts of mana and tokens.

However, Rodrigo quickly recovered and assembled a deadly loop with Abdel Adrian, Dance of the Dead, and Carrion Feeder.

This combination allowed him to generate semi-infinite colorless mana and 1/1 white soldiers.

Using Razaketh, the Foulblooded, Rodrigo was able to tutor for a Mox Opal and Sevinne’s Reclamation, enabling him to bring back his commander, Elas il-Kor, and Cathar Commando.

With these pieces in place, he was able to sacrifice enough soldiers to ping his opponents to death with Elas il-Kor.
