Summary
The game started off with each player developing their board states and casting their commanders. The Ninth Doctor and Adric's deck quickly set up a dominating position with the help of Tardis and Dominus of fty. The game took a major turn when Adric set up an infinite combo with Devoted Druid, leading to a devastating Armageddon Clock and Descent into Madness, which caused massive damage to all players and churned out a large number of treasures. Despite a late-game board wipe from Ian's Dungeon Delver deck featuring Wave of Reckoning and Undercity Sweep, Adric's control over the board proved too much. Eventually, Maximus's Xyris deck seized the opportunity to sweep the field with Treacherous Terrain, but Adric held onto his last life point by using Chaos Warp on his own land. However, seeing his imminent defeat, Adric decided to go out on his own terms and pinged himself with the Ninth Doctor, thus ending the game.
