Summary

The game started with each player setting up their board state and casting their commanders. An early game highlight was Logan, piloting the Alesha deck, getting a strong start with multiple creatures on the battlefield, swinging for considerable damage. However, Matt playing Faldorn managed to disrupt the board state with an overloaded Mizzium Mortars, removing several key creatures and significantly changing the game dynamics. Chandler, commanding Xyris, also made a significant impact in the game with multiple card draws and generating an army of snake tokens. Jason, running the Yorion deck, utilized blink strategies to maintain board presence and control.
