    Klothys, God of Destiny

Ramp quickly with mana dorks and Klothys's ability to enable infinite combat steps through combos involving Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, and Zealous Conscripts or Aggravated Assault to attack infinitely.

  • Heliod, Sun-Crowned

    Heliod, Sun-Crowned

Utilize hate bears and Stax elements to control the board while assembling a combo with Heliod and damage-dealing creatures like Walking Ballista or Triskelion to finish opponents via incremental damage and lifelink synergy.

Gameplay Insights

  • 1

Joseph's use of Stax pieces like Ether Sworn Canonist and Even Mind Sensor created a taxing environment that hindered opponents' ability to cast multiple spells per turn, buying time to develop his combo.

  • 2

Nate's careful sequencing with Sylvan Library maximized card selection and ramp early, setting up Klothys for aggressive infinite combat step combos.

  • 3

Bill capitalized on graveyard synergy and dredge with Stinkweed Imp to fuel his Animate Dead and Worldgorger Dragon combo, while keeping Aetherflux Reservoir as a backup win condition.

  • 4

Jordan's early play of Cloudstone Curio and mana acceleration with Breeding Pool and Elvish Archdruid indicated a plan to establish infinite mana combos quickly, aiming to draw out and win via commander recursion.

  • 5

The interaction between hatebears and combo decks highlighted the importance of timing and disruption, with key removal like Beast Within on Alms Collector showing players' attentiveness to threats.
