Summary

The game began with the players setting up their boards, with Amalia and Liliana hitting the battlefield early. Greasefang was controlled by an early Drag to the Underworld spell, and various board threats were kept in check with a timely Toxic Deluge. However, Amalia managed to stay out of the wipe thanks to a Scale Deflection. As the game progressed, the battlefield became a hotbed of strategic moves and counter moves, with players making use of their commanders and key spells to gain advantage. Matt's move of casting Exsanguinate for 13 was a game-changing moment, gaining him substantial life and putting his opponents in a precarious position. The game ended in Matt's favor with a well-timed attack from Nirkana Revenant and Solom Simulacrum, which was made more potent by his Cabal Coffers activation and Turgrid's Lantern.
