Summary

The game kicked off with each player revealing their commanders and discussing their deck strategies. The early game saw the players set up their boards and establish their mana bases. Alex playing Heliod, Sun-Crowned utilized stax strategies while Eliot piloted Animar, Soul of Elements aiming at creating loops. Aaron commanded a Dargo & Thrasios deck that aimed at going infinite with Dargo, while Jim's Najeela, the Blade-Blossom deck had a dual strategy of attack and combos. Aaron managed to generate a significant amount of mana and card advantage by casting a sequence of spells including Dockside Extortionist, Phyrexian Altar, and Jessica's Will, enabling a two-turn sequence with Final Fortune. However, he failed to secure a win condition and lost the game due to the lose trigger from Final Fortune.
