Summary
The game started off with each player ramping and setting up their board states. Sauron, the Dark Lord, and Aragorn, the Uniter, were the first commanders to hit the field, followed by Bilbo, Birthday Celebrant. Sauron's controller, Jon, had a strong early game, ramping significantly and equipping Sauron with the River Cleaver. Extra, controlling Aragorn, was the first to draw blood, dealing significant damage to Jon. Despite the early aggression, the game took a turn when Aragorn was exiled by Tom's Dispatch, significantly reducing Extra's board presence. However, Extra managed to recast Aragorn and continued pressing the attack, eliminating Jon and Sam from the game. In the end, it was Tom's Gandalf the White deck that claimed victory. Through a series of artifact synergies, he managed to tap down Extra's entire board, skip his untap step, and swing in for lethal damage with a powered-up Scrapyard Recombiner.
