Summary
The game commenced with all players deploying their commanders and establishing their boards. Early in the game, Eric, piloting Glissa, used a series of Dark Blast recasts to control the board while recurring an Expedition Map with Glissa's ability. However, James' Kenrith deck was hindered by Eric's Dark Blast. Quan's Zhulodok deck was gearing up to become a major threat, but the game ended before it could gain momentum. The turning point occurred when Hidden, playing Ishai/Jeska, found an Underworld Breach and could loop Heat Shimmer and Brain Freeze to mill himself out, winning with Thassa's Oracle in the process.
